How Can Occupational Therapy Help Me?
Occupational Therapy is all about helping you live more independently, safely, and confidently in your everyday life. Our Occupational Therapists look at how you go about your daily activities — like showering, getting dressed, cooking, or moving around your home — and find practical ways to make those tasks easier. This might include recommending assistive equipment, making changes to your home environment, or teaching new strategies that support your goals.
Beyond the home, OTs can also help you build skills for getting out into the community, returning to work or study, and improving your overall function and confidence. If you’re an NDIS participant, our team is experienced in providing ongoing, goal-directed therapy, completing Functional Capacity Assessments, and preparing reports that support funding requests and track your progress over time.
It’s all about helping you do more of what matters most — your way.
